Industry Challenges

From structure and materials to testing and mass-production consistency, each risk is addressed step by step.

Signal integrity

Automotive cameras and center displays require stable differential impedance, insertion loss and EMC performance, with matched cable structures and connectors.

Temperature & vibration

In-vehicle environments demand high/low-temperature, vibration and bending validation for every harness design.

Traceability & consistency

Volume programs need part numbers, batch codes, barcodes and process records for OEM audits and traceability.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from Automotive · IATF 16949 project teams.

Which automotive connectors are supported?

HSD, LVDS, FAKRA and other common automotive connectors can be selected by vehicle program, or JCE can develop harnesses around customer-specified connectors and terminals.

Is small-batch pilot production available?

Yes. Pilot production can validate processes, fixtures and test plans before volume delivery.

Can you provide PPAP / 8D documentation?

PPAP, inspection records and 8D reports can be prepared per project requirements; the exact document list is confirmed during project review.

What is the typical lead time?

Samples typically take about 7 days. Mass-production lead time is evaluated after specifications, connectors and harness structure are confirmed, typically 15–25 days.
