Q3: How do you protect our IP (drawings, tooling, firmware)?
A mutual NDA is signed before any technical discussion. Customer drawings, CAD files, tooling and firmware are stored under restricted-access encryption. Upon full tooling payment, ownership transfers to you permanently — we never reuse or disclose customer-exclusive tooling to any third party.

Q4: What are your payment terms and credit options?
Samples: 100% prepaid. Mass production: 100% tooling fee + 30% PO deposit, balance 70% before shipment. For established partners with an annual spend above USD 5,000,000 we offer OA 30–60 day terms backed by Sinosure export credit insurance.

Q5: How do you handle after-sales and quality incidents?
3-year product warranty. Any issue triggers a dedicated task force within 24 hours: FA root cause analysis, 8D corrective report, interim replacement shipment, and permanent closure. Non-conforming batches are unconditionally replaced or fully refunded.
